Regular lab testing is a core part of the Revero program, and included as part of your subscription. In this article, we will provide essential information regarding lab order frequency, resending lab orders, order expiration, locations, fasting, costs, and resolving billing issues.
Lab order schedule
Revero automatically generates and emails lab orders to patients on a set schedule. Patients complete at set of labs at enrollment, as well as at 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months into the program.
Resending lab orders
A paper copy isn’t normally needed to complete labs at LabCorp as all lab orders are digitally submitted. However, if you do need another lab order sent to LabCorp or require a copy of the order, please contact your enrollment advisor. You can also submit a request through our support team at support@revero.com.
Lab order termination
LabCorp lab orders remain active and do not terminate. If you need to change information on your order, please request assistance from your enrollment advisor or our support team.
Lab locations
Revero patients are able to visit any LabCorp location that is most convenient. Please visit https://labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments and enter your zip code to search for a site near you. If your search doesn’t yield results that are within a reasonable distance of your home, please contact our support team for assistance.
Do my labs require me to fast?
Yes, your lab work will require you to fast. A fasting window of at least 8 hours is needed, although it can be longer. A fast is broken if you eat or drink anything in the 8 hour window, with the exception of water. For this reason, a morning appointment is often preferred.
What will my labs cost?
All labs completed at a LabCorp location are covered by Revero throughout the duration of your Revero membership.
Billing issues
If after completing labs at LabCorp you receive a bill or any request for payment, please contact our support team with a copy of the receipt for assistance.
