Welcome to Revero! You’ve come to the right place to find answers to the many questions that new members have. There are support articles that give more explanation to many of the questions and are referenced in the answers below.
Q: When will I receive my welcome kit?
A: Your order takes 1 or 2 days to process and is usually shipped by FedEx. Once your order has been processed, you should expect an email containing a tracking number for the shipment. Most packages are delivered within 1 to 7 days, depending on your location. Please note, welcome kits cannot be shipped to a PO box at this time.
Q: What’s in my welcome kit?
A: The contents of your welcome kit may vary slightly, depending on which conditions you are currently managing. The welcome kit contains:
- Ketone urine strips, used to check whether your body is in ketosis
- An iGlucose monitor, for patients with type 2 diabetes
- An iBloodPressure cuff and monitor for patients with hypertension (high blood pressure)
- A food scale which can be used to help measure your protein intake as you prepare meals
- Electrolyte powder packets
Q: What is control solution?
A: The control solution is a liquid that is used to test the accuracy of your iGlucose monitor.
Q: When do I use the control solution?
A: You use the control solution to test the accuracy of your iGlucose monitor. There are times when you may need to check to make sure the monitor is working properly, such as if your monitor was in the heat, got wet, or was dropped.
Please refer to our support article entitled All about Using Control Solution with Your iGlucose Monitor for more details about when and how to test your meter.
Q: How do I use the iGlucose monitor?
A: If you’ve never tested with a glucose meter before, please refer to our support article

I can't seem to find the revero app for my android phone. It's not coming up in app store. Can I just use the website itself once I'm on the waiting list? Also, how can I add onto my application form? I forgot to add stage 3 kidney disease along with my ms and liver disease.
Do I have to do a glucose meter if I am only pre-diabetic with no meds being taken?
Thanks.
