Preparing for your virtual appointment is easy and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and efficient virtual consultation.
- Please check your email approximately 1 hour before your appointment time. Appointment confirmation and reminder emails contain a Zoom link which can be used to access your appointment.
- If you don't already have it, download the Zoom app on your device. This will be necessary to conduct the video call.
- Before meeting with your provider, please watch the short videos "Meeting Your Revero Team" and "Understanding the Revero Program" by clicking the links in your email. These videos will help you prepare for your visit and understand what it means to be a Revero patient.
- Join the Zoom meeting link, which will direct you to your provider's waiting room. Click on this link a few minutes before your appointment time and please wait for your provider to join you. It won’t be long!
Please keep your phone handy: If you’re scheduled for a video appointment, please keep your phone close in case of any technical issues. This way, your provider can call you to finish your appointment if necessary. You’ll be contacted at the number you provided during enrollment.

What happens after the provider call?
You’ve had your first provider appointment, and you’re excited to get going. What’s next?
You should expect to receive an email from Revero containing next steps within one day of your Provider Onboarding Call. Please reach out to your Enrollment Advisor if you have not been contacted within two days of your virtual appointment. Your advisor can also help answer any outstanding questions you may have about Revero following the provider visit.
