Sometimes you may experience instances where you get logged out of the app.
Here are some reasons why this could happen and how you can prevent it.
Revero has released a new version of the app
One of the reasons you may be logged out of the app is that a new version is available. Revero updates its app to enhance its features, improve performance, and fix bugs. When a new version is released, you may be logged out to ensure that you have the latest version of the app. You can check the app store to see if a new version is available.
Poor connection to the internet
Having a bad connection to your network or WiFi due to poor signal strength can also cause you to be logged out of the Revero app. Ensure you have a stable and strong connection to the internet when using the app. You can also try turning off and on your WiFi connection to see if that resolves the issue.
HIPAA requirements
HIPAA regulations require you to log out of your app after a certain period to protect your personal information. You will be logged out automatically if you are logged in for more than 30 days. You will need to log back in to continue using the app.
How to prevent being logged out
To make logging in easier, you can enable biometric features such as face or fingerprint validation for the "Remember Me" function. This feature allows you to log in easily and securely without entering your login credentials each time you access the app.
If you continue to experience login/logout issues, please submit a request to our support team. We will gladly help you resolve any issues with the Revero app.
