As a Revero patient, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit with the necessary devices and supplies to begin your health journey! Most packages are shipped by FedEx and can be tracked on the FedEx website using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow one day for tracking information to register in the FedEx system. Expect delivery between one and seven business days after order submission. Please note, we are unable to deliver packages to a Post Office (PO) box.
(Note: Occasionally, the Welcome Kit may be shipped via an alternate carrier, such as UPS or USPS. If you are having difficulty locating your tracking number on the FedEx website, please contact Revero support for assistance)
Shipment status: pending
If the tracking information says your package is "pending" and you do not receive tracking updates or haven’t received your package within two days after its expected arrival date, please contact our helpful support team.
Misplaced shipments
Your shipment is lost when it is marked as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it. In this instance, please contact our support team, who will file a claim for you and send another kit.
If your box is damaged
If your box is damaged when it is delivered, please contact our support team promptly. Please take photos of the damaged box, so the support team can use them to file a claim with the carrier. If the kit items are damaged, we’ll send another kit free of charge.
Device return requests
You may receive a request from Revero to return an item.
Occasionally, there may be some type of product defect, and Revero will send a replacement, asking for the defective item to be returned. Revero will cover the cost of return shipping.
