Lab order schedule
To maximize the lab services available to you during your membership, it is important that patients adhere to the labs schedule as much as possible. Revero will send lab orders to patients on a set schedule: at enrollment, at 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months into the program.
You may view follow-up lab dates within the Revero app.
- Tap the Main Menu
- Tap Manage Your Account
- Look under Lab Follow-Up Schedule
Revero lab orders for all patients include CBC, Platelet, Nondifferential, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Hemoglobin (Hb) A1c, Insulin, Lipid Panel, TSH, Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy, and HS-C-Reactive Protein (CRP).
Patients with type 2 diabetes may also receive additional testing to assist with insulin management.
Revero orders only these lab tests to manage the conditions Revero treats during the scheduled intervals.
Other lab order requests should be made with your PCP or an outside specialist.
Lab orders
Please bring your lab orders with you (either to display on your phone or printed on paper). This will speed your time at the lab and also assist with correct billing. *Due to state regulations, patients who have labs drawn in NJ, NY, and RI must self-pay for labs or contact their insurance provider for possible coverage. If you lost your labor order or need to correct important information such as your name and DOB on your order, please contact support@revero.com during regular business hours.
Do my labs require me to fast?
Yes. A fasting window of at least 9 hours is desired, although it can be longer (up to 12 hours). A fast is broken if you eat or drink anything in the fasting window, with the exception of water. For this reason, a morning appointment is often preferred. You may still take medications andas prescribed.
What will my labs cost?
The cost of Revero labs is included with membership, where permitted.* Please bring your lab orders from Revero to your blood draw and ensure the lab technician bills the account listed on the order, and not you or your insurance. It is important that patients always clarify with the lab technician which party is being billed prior to the lab draw to avoid surprise billing. In some rare cases, patients may choose to self-pay, such as states where third party billing is not accepted.* In all cases, Revero does not accept bills from patients, insurance companies, or labs for reimbursement.

Lab locations
Revero patients are able to visit a Labcorp near you. Please visit https://labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments and enter your zip code to search for a site near you. If your search doesn’t yield results within sixty miles of your home, many of our patients consider travel plans when they will be near a Labcorp location. In some cases, when Labcorp is not available near a patient, patients may use Quest. If a patient cannot access a Quest or Labcorp location, patients can consider self-pay if they wish to use the lab of their choice on their own. As a reminder, Revero does not accept bills from patients, insurance companies, or independent labs for reimbursement even if a third party lab indicates they will send the draw to Labcorp or Quest. These labs can still charge fees that are not covered by Revero.
Recent Lab Results Ordered by Yourself or another Provider
If you have pulled labs recently and wish to skip doing another lab draw for our required tests, please double-check that you have a complete set of recent lab results that we require. You may contact support@revero.com for further information. Keep in mind our providers do not review lab results that are not in scope for the Revero program (See Lab Order Tests for the lab tests we review).
