At Revero, several notification types keep you informed and engaged throughout your healthcare journey.
Emails are an important way that Revero will communicate with you. Emails will be sent to the email associated with your account. Upcoming events, new instructional material, password resets, and billing updates are examples of the kind of emails sent to you from Revero.
Messages within the Revero app are used to communicate new information designed to keep you inspired and connected, such as a new instructional video launched in the app, new app features, or even billing updates. Each time you open your app, the messages are displayed on your smartphone
Revero uses push notifications to alert you of important messages or tasks, such as a message from your health coach or a reminder to record your weight, glucose, and blood pressure in the Revero app. You’ll receive them on your phone screen when you’re not in the app.
There may be times when you want to turn push notifications off. Simply go to More, then Settings. If you turn off your push notifications, you’ll receive alerts by SMS/Text.
Coach Chat is available in the Revero app in the Coaching tab. A red dot on the tab means you have a message from your coach. When you’re not in the Revero app, coach messages will appear on your phone.
Your health coach is always available to support you through the coaching chat feature.
