Sometimes you may experience instances where you get logged out of the app, even if you've selected the option to "Keep me signed in."

Revero has released a new version of the app
One of the reasons you may be logged out of the app is that a new version is available. Revero updates its app to enhance its features, improve performance, and fix bugs. When a new version is released, you may be logged out to ensure that you have the latest version of the app. You can check the app store to see if a new version is available.
Poor connection to the internet
Having a bad connection to your network or Wi-Fi due to poor signal strength can also cause you to be logged out of the Revero app. Ensure you have a stable and strong connection to the Internet when using the app. You can also try turning off and on your Wi-Fi connection to see if that resolves the issue.
HIPAA requirements
HIPAA regulations require you to log out of your app after a certain period to protect your personal information. You will be logged out automatically if you are logged in for more than 30 days. You will need to log back in to continue using the app.
