We understand that when you’re thinking about starting a new program, especially one designed to improve your health, you may have some questions. We’ve compiled answers to a few of the most-asked questions to help you make an informed decision.
What is unique about Revero?
Revero is leveraging years of experience and the published research available about low-carb diets. We track your biomarkers and make recommendations based on your specific situation. We provide you with a complete healthcare team and all of the resources you need, from articles and videos to a supportive community.
Plus, Revero uses protocols based on your health history, conditions, and unique demographics, so Revero’s approach provides precision nutrition perfectly crafted for you.
Is Revero a medically supervised program?
Yes, our Revero clinicians and nurse practitioners are all board-certified. Your Revero clinician will monitor your biomarkers, make adjustments to your medications as needed, and report these changes to your primary care physician.
Do I have to have a smartphone?
Yes, you do. The Revero app is an integral part of our program, delivering messages from your health coach, updates on your medications, nutrition protocol adjustments, and biomarker tracking.
What is the diet that Revero uses?
What you eat varies from person to person, depending on what health conditions you have. Certain foods may be removed from your diet but not others because of a condition you have and others do not.
This diet involves eating more proteins, healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables while avoiding foods high in carbohydrates, such as beans, potatoes, bread, pasta, and sugar.
Your diet is personalized and provides precision nutrition perfectly crafted for you.
