Revero offers personalized nutrition protocols perfectly designed to address your health conditions. Your Revero provider monitors and adjusts your medications, and your certified health coach guides you through the program.
You may have many questions about Revero’s diet, so we’ve compiled answers to some of the more frequently asked questions.
Are there phases to Revero?
Yes, there are. The first, or initial, phase is a low-carb nutrition plan, limiting carbs to 30g per day. The second phase is called personalization and uses protocols based on your health history, conditions, and unique demographics. This approach provides precision nutrition perfectly crafted for you.
How long do I have to eat this way?
The program lasts up to a year.
What do I eat on Revero?
This varies from person to person, depending on what health conditions you have. Certain foods may be removed from your diet but not others because of a condition you have and others do not.
This diet involves eating more proteins, healthy fats, and non-starchy vegetables while avoiding foods high in carbohydrates, such as beans, potatoes, bread, pasta, and sugar.
I like to eat out. Will I have to give that up?
Absolutely not. Eating out is often a big part of a person’s social life. Your health coach can help you with strategies for eating out so you can stay on target. Also, in the Resources tab in your app, you’ll find articles on what to order, how to choose a restaurant, and how to enjoy the experience of dining out while eating low-carb.
Is eating on Revero expensive?
Most people see a drop in their grocery bills because they are no longer buying processed and packaged foods. Your health coach is equipped to make suggestions on ways to be budget-friendly and there are articles in Resources in the app that address this very issue.
