Subscription Plans
We offer two plans. Both auto-renew for our members' convenience. Plan selection and payment is made at the beginning of enrollment.
We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds if your membership is cancelled early. You can, however, stop auto-renewal before the plan auto-renews in the Revero app or by emailing support@revero.com.

Devices (Blood Pressure Monitors and Glucose Meters)
If you have hypertension and/or type 2 diabetes, you will also need to purchase the applicable devices that sync with the Revero app. The use of these devices is required as an integral part of the Revero program. These devices will ship once you have received medical approval from your provider.
Receipts for FSA/HSA plans / Letter of Medical Necessity
You will received a receipt when you make a purchase with Revero. If you need a detailed receipt for your FSA/HSA plan and a letter of medical necessity, please message support@revero.com.
Autopay
All subscription fees will auto-renew based on the first payment date. If you completed payment on September 1st, your payment receipt will be dated September 1st. If you signed up for a monthly subscription, please expect your next charge to occur on October 1st. If you signed up for a four-month subscription, you should expect the next charge to occur on January 1st. To stop auto-pay, you must notify us to stop the auto-renewal. Your account will remain active until the last day of the term that has been paid for.

Stop Auto-Renewal, Cancel, Change, or Reactivate Subscription
To stop auto-renewal, cancel, change (e.g. 1-month to 4-month or vice versa), or reactivate a subscription:

- Your DOB to verify identity, along with the request to support@revero.com
Payment Failure
If a payment is declined, please note we will attempt to contact you to keep your subscription up to date. Access to the app will be paused until we are able to clear payment. If we are unable to clear payment within two weeks of your payment due date, Revero will begin the process of closing your account, and your program access will end.
