Once you’ve been cleared by our medical team, you will receive an email that includes payment instructions. Log in to your account on the Revero website and complete payment using a credit card. We ask that you keep a card on file so that your monthly subscription fee can be billed each month. Once you have paid, we'll send you a receipt and information for tracking your Welcome Kit.
Going forward, your monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged through our electronic payment system on the same date each month. Your card information is securely kept on file. To make a change to your card on file, please visit https://my.revero.com/UpdateCard or contact support@revero.com for assistance.
If a payment is declined, we will contact you within three business days. Please provide payment within two weeks of your payment due date to remain an active member of Revero. If payment is not received, Revero will begin the process of disenrolling you, and your program access will be terminated.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying your health coach and sending an email to support@revero.com. Once Revero receives your request or your membership ends, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be billed. Kindly note that Revero does not issue refunds on payments already made. Please our terms and conditions here.
